Where do I begin?

It is funny. When you wait over a year to all of a sudden have so much that you want to say. I have pondered all day as to what topic I should choose. Maybe I should just try to catch you up to where I am from the last time that I posted.

In the past year or so, I have tried different businesses to make a little side well as to lose weight. I tried Beachbody & Body by Vi. In a nutshell, companies that offer shakes to lose weight. I don't want to go knocking any companies so we will just say that at the end of the day....they weren't for me. Each had different reasons.

Someone came into my life a few months ago & mentioned this new company that I had never heard of. I let it in one ear & out the other. Been there, done that.....NOT interested. I also figured that if I had never heard of them, it just wasn't that great. Before he left that day, he handed me a bottle of XM3. Well, I am one of those people that smell everything first, analyze it, maybe sip it & then decide if I am going to drink it. I took a sip & for me, it was sweet. So I went into the break room at work, pour half of the bottle (which is 1 serving) into a coffee cup & then diluted it with water. It didn't look yummy but for whatever reason, I still drank it.

Normally I would have two cups of coffee in the morning & then I drink water the rest of the day. I would typically crash around 3pm. Especially now that it is dark by 5pm. I'd spend the rest of my night yawning & watching the clock so that I could go to bed RIGHT at 10:30. Talk about feeling old! I hate winter. The time drags & drags & drags. But not on this day. I never felt the energy hit me. There was no jittery feeling and there was never a crash. I just didn't feel tired. I felt, normal. So I took the other half of the bottle the next day & paid attention. No yawning, no crashing....just feeling great. I'd get tired between 10:30-11pm, like I should.

This person very casually mentioned this opportunity during our times together. I wanted no part of it. I loved the products & I started incorporating more into my daily routine. "Doing the business" thanks. I guess this is where God had another plan. I found myself jumping on the company calls simply because I wanted to be supportive of this person in my life. When I was a part of the other companies, you couldn't talk me into the calls to save my life. It was a bother, an annoyance, & I just didn't have the time. Now I was doing them for someone else. What?! Not only that, I was taking notes & enjoying these calls. Shoot, I was looking forward to them. I was getting pumped up. The company has this HUGE international call where they announced the Fit Pack Promotion. It was then that I knew.

I signed up the next day. Ready to share these products that had been slowly changing my life. Not only was I full of life, had energy, was losing weight & fit back into my smaller jeans.....aches & pains that had started were going away. The back pain, headaches & wrist cracking were almost gone. I wasn't even sure about the financial part yet. I just wanted to do this as a team, help this person that had introduced me to the company, bring the products to others & earn my products for FREE.

Within a few days, I had earned my products for the next month for FREE. Not a small sampler, but a full weight management system valued at $200. I was stoked. What now? I was accomplishing my goals so quickly...effortlessly. I just kept sharing. Now by sharing, I mean posting on FB. I have barely had a one on one conversation. I post, I answer a few questions & I send out products. I don't have to do anything else because they WORK. My first distributor has lost 19lbs in 30 days. More importantly, the pain that she has felt for so long is completely gone. She has tons of energy & feels better than ever. The best part...she is now sharing it with so many people that she can't keep up. People are coming to her asking for the products. Every day she shares stories with me & every day I can't stop smiling.

They say that when you have a career that is also your passion, it doesn't feel like work. My entire life, I have been seeking that. Nearing 40, I figured that I would never have it. I have had jobs that I have enjoyed, I've worked for myself & I have even stayed home. But I have never been so excited to "work" every day. Every post, every email, every interaction...I could be changing someone's life. Just as that fateful day in October did for me.

I just finished my first full month in the business. In that short time, I earned $530 & a total of $600 in FREE products. I have begun changing the lives of well as my own. After attending conference in Nashville last weekend, my children have begun using these products too. Honestly, I can't imagine anyone that I care about not taking them.

So here we are. I have come a long way over the past few years. I am in a good place right now. I hate when people say that they have never been happier, because it takes away from other people & things that were once in their lives. But in many ways, I am my best ME. Today....right now. I am blessed!!!

Needless to say, you have been through allot since I've known you. I am very sorry to hear about your loss, and even happier to learn of your gains. Life is just waves in the ocean with either heaven or hell riding on top. Never know what's coming next. Be prepared, be strong, and always keep the faith that you have found in your life. I'm very proud to see that the girl has become a woman. Keep going and don't stop. Wish you and your family nothing but the best. Always - J.S.
