3. Get excited! (If you aren't already.) We are going to have FUN with this & we are ALL going to learn new things along the way.
This workout is designed to take 15-20 minutes a day. Or less in the beginning. We ALL have 15-20 minutes a day. You can do this in your bedroom, the parking lot at lunch time, your office, the bathroom (if you need to hide from the kids), etc. You do NOT need equipment or any special skills. Being completely out of shape is OKAY! We are going to change that….TOGETHER. Already workout? Great! Add this challenge into your daily plans. Want to add more? Do it!
